Fineza Decorative Renders is a concrete material used for finishing. It is concrete; hence, it does not peel nor fade, it is fire retard and gets better over time.
It may be used indoor or outdoor, and be applied on walls, floors and ceilings preferably on concrete slabs, plastered hollow blocks, fiber-cement boards, gypsum boards or even marine ply.
Rendering may be done on site or otherwise and be made to appear like natural stones, tiles, wood, wall paper, textile, various custom designs or simply look like paint.
Dubbed as the “play-doh” of designers and architects, it is effectively the most earthquake-ready material for residential, industrial, commercial or any form of dwellings.
